I had a great time hanging out and photographing this fun couple in Minneapolis. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in July!
Lucia is such a little sweetheart. This is my second time getting to run around with her. We cruised around Harriet Island, played on the playground, and explored along the river. She could have stayed in the woods making leaf and rock piles until the sun went down. I’m not sure who had more fun, me or her.
This was my third visit with Hazel. We explored the outdoors in Prior Lake this time around. This was her first time getting right in the mix of nature. It was fun watching her experience it all as she was so curious about everything. What a little cutie!
I made the trip down to Mankato to visit Zachary just one day after his big birthday bash. We just hung out and let Zachary do all of his favorite things around the house. We made a mess in the kitchen, spreading oats all around. Then we made our way over to the books.
Naturally when we were done playing and reading the books we moved on to light sabers and other toys with big brother Max. I really love photographing kids in their everyday environments doing the things they love to do. These kinds of images mean the most in the future.
I also have to add how much of a little buddy Zachary is. He kept crawling all over me, laughing, and trying to wrestle me. What a cool little dood! =D

It’s been Dad and the boys week around here as Momma has been in Mexico with her parents. We love Harriet Island in St. Paul and spent the afternoon running around and laughing it up. We’ve been having a blast, but do miss you Momma. See you soon! =D
